Yeah the Angels defense was wild trying to blame Skaggs and paint him as an addict when they literally were employing a guy they knew was getting high at the stadium and events and giving out drugs….

The jury had been in deliberations the last two days and based off of what questions they were asking the Angels seemed to be SOL and hurried to get an agreement done.

the jury asked questions about the testimony of the five wage experts and about whether the jury would also be allowed to award punitive damages.

The family was asking for $118 million and while this settlement is confidential it is something that is ripe to be leaked to the press and I hope it is.
