I find it very similar (in a shorter version) to "The Bitcoin Standard" by Saifedean Ammous.

To anyone who liked the post, I suggest you read the book to deepen your understanding.

Although I am now faced with the following question : how many different ways are there to explain "the monetary history and where/how does Bitcoin fit in all this"? I guess not that many ;)
