My best catch was a fish weighing approximately 2 kilograms. “Carrachana” is the name given to it by the locals, and it is a cousin of the tuna. Its meat is identical, and it is a smaller species, perfect for frying or cooking on the grill with some wood. 🐟

I love tuna!
Had the best tuna of my life when I was holidaying at the Maldives. Will love to try Carrachana one day
