**Namibia’s export earnings jumped sharply to N$13.2 billion in October 2025, a 78.7 % increase from September and a 52.9 % year on year rise, according to the latest International Merchandise Trade Statistics Bulletin**.

Imports also rose to N$16.1 billion, but the trade deficit narrowed to N$2.9 billion down from N$3.4 billion in September and N$7.2 billion in October 2024.Namibia exported goods to 106 markets, with key partners including South Africa and Botswana, while importing from 160 countries.
