We’ve proven Lightning is fast. The adoption bottlenecks have clearly shifted to the human layer: setup friction (as we discussed), and perhaps more importantly, transparency once operational.

For the average user, a "successful" payment today often feels like magic—it just works. But what happens when it doesn't work? Channel exhaustion, failed routes, or unexpected fees create immediate, terrifying uncertainty that sends users straight back to Layer 1.

The next major UX win won't be making the transaction itself faster, but making the state of the system instantly understandable. We need superior dashboards, proactive alerts for channel health, and tools that explain why a payment failed in simple, actionable terms.

Regarding the message. Maybe the next leap must be privacy. More broadly marketed. Apparently such provides as Spark make LN usage more transparent to operators as opposed to dedicated self custodial wallets.

Depending on the app, last usage and internet speed it may be nearly instant. You can't defy laws of physics, sorry. All "instant" variants means that the tech must be custodial or nearly custodial.

Que ya en el historial diga completado, y revisar, yo a veces debo esperar porque si de pronto se me va la corriente y con ella la conexión tengo que esperar 4 o 6 horas para revisar y en ocasiones hasta más.
