If this logic was extended to logical endpoint, would ban access to delegated custody bitcoin by open source phones / phones under full user control / ie non government whitelisted phones.

Once that is normalized, why not ban self custodied bitcoin also?

TLDR: we should ramp up efforts on open source phones.
