My Thoughts 💭My Thoughts 💭

Jeremy from YouTube was HEAVY into this stock around the pandemic times. At that time I was eating more of a plant based diet and was buying a lot of plant based milks. So I figured I’ll throw it on a watch list and see how it performs.

At 12.7k sats per share ($90,491), and no dividend. An investment in this company to make and expand the oat milk industry is a big risk. While on the cheaper side for the sat per share purchase price I just don’t think it would be worth it in the long run.

The company trades at a PE negative 1.6 which means investors are paying $1.6 to access $1 of losses. Company is massively unprofitable at this time.

Whoof! The fundamentals of this company are absolutely terrible. They are way over leveraged! And the revenues and free cash flow are in the dumps. I am shocked this stock is over $1 per share!

Over the last few years investors got hammered holding this stock.

I don’t believe this company can grow at 50%+ as the analysts are forecasting. The American diet is shifting to more meat and vegetables which includes dairy and healthy animal fats.

When I purchase this brand of milk the taste was meh and the caloric content is much higher. Plus you can get all of the joy of drinking milk with lactose free options.

I would stay away from this company. 12k sats paid for one share might just go to debt payments or to operating costs that is not producing any profit. Plus does the world really need oat milk? It was crazy Jeremy from YouTube talked himself into a plausible growth strategy and thus bought the stock. I am glad I didn’t buy that same hype and now this many years removed from adding it to the watch list it is time to take it off.

Thanks, I'll stay away!

Seems like the plant based meat companies aren't doing too well either.

Yeah beyond meat became a meme stock due to the short squeeze potential
