Agreed, I am basing my prediction on Darnold imploding in the big moment when the pressure is on
Pressure from 49er defense?
The bright lights
Seattle is a top 5 defense and offense based on EPA
Vikings looked great last regular season too
Their pass protection was below average which was exposed in week 18 and wild card
I will check their EPA from last season
O’Connell is a good coach who achieves more with less
Vikings point differential was 4.6 last season rank 8
Seattle is 11.1 this season rank 1
Appreciate you looking up the stats. I was just vibing
I hope Seattle wins. I have 1M sats on the line for the 9ers to not win the superbowl cc @grayruby
Your shares must be in profit. You could always sell and not risk the big loss.
no problem and I was curious anyway
in case you haven't noticed I like looking at data and trends and advanced nfl metrics such as epa and success rate
the irony is the best leading indicator is scoring differential, a simple metric
the super bowl last year should not have been a surprise because KC was 'overrated' and lucky based on their point diff. The eagles were clearly the better team on paper
good teams are supposed to blow out terrible teams
they did their job
Denver defense on a good day can be as good if not better
I think the 49ers have a decent chance to beat the Seahawks. I expect they will play better than week 18 but another short week with a team running on fumes. I think it will come down to how Darnold plays.
