1 million sats in the 100,000 pool will cost them same as 1 million in a 1 million pool. The first pool will have 10 TXs for 5000k each. The 1 million will cost 50,000k the same.
You're talking about the miner fees, but there is an additional fee for Samourai coinjoin, which is 5% the pool size paid once regardless of how many times you use the pool (of course there are some limits for how much you can mix in each pool size).
So on top of your example miner fees, the coinjoin fee for the 100,000 pool will be 5,000 sats, but 50,000 sats for the 1 million pool. So why would you join the 1 million pool if you are still within the limits for the 100,000 pool? That's what I'm trying to understand.

Im not talkimg about the TX or Miner fees. Im talking about the Fee for coinjoin Pools. You might want to use the higher amount pools because its less TXs. Like in my example above. Instead of 10 TXs with the 100k pool with 1 million sats, i woukd only have to wait on 1 TX for the 1 million pool. Its gonna take a hell of a lot longer waiting on 10 TXs to go 5 rounds each than 1 TX going 5 rounds.

You will have to pay the miner fees separate from the coinjoin pool fee. But just the first mix

Also, having less UTXOs that are coinjoins will be easier to keep up with so you dont mix coinjoined UTXOs.

Good point... it takes a long time to mix
