Yes, but please, please don't use ordisrepector if you have a node of a time-sensitive protocol (such as Lightning) that takes its on-chain/mempool data from your Bitcoin node. In the case of Lightning, your node automatically performs some transactions when a channel is closed, and you want the software to use the right amount of fees. To do so, it must be able to estimate the fees on its own and, although it might depend on the specific implementation you're using, having an accurate view of the mempool can't hurt.
