Interesting concept, thats one way to lure traffic to your node and rebalance your channel, but I am sure you'll have to watch it carefully or somehow have rate limits on it, or you could blow out your channel the other way pretty quickly
Might also be a way to encourage channel pairing with some people by subsididing traffic for a while so these smaller channels can get on their feet or something
