If I have 2 different active lightning channels, how do I choose which channel to send a payment too? Currently all my incoming sats are going to one channel instead of the other. Is there a way or app to choose which channel to send too on Umbrel? I just started playing with lightning channels today, so I am an ultra noob, sorry if this is a dumb question.

I don't think you can pick the channel incoming to you.
You can pick the outgoing channel when you are sending out.

Yes but if you only have 2 active channel it may be hard to re-balance at a cost effective fee.
So mentally prepare for the re-balancing not to go through.

Zeus wallet lets you specify a first hop and also a last hop. I’ve used the first hop successfully to balance my couple channels. I haven’t tried the last hop though.

I think you can use route hints. I haven't tried.
