Yes but if you only have 2 active channel it may be hard to re-balance at a cost effective fee.
So mentally prepare for the re-balancing not to go through.

thanks for the info. Therefore I would need to rebalance the channels if I wanted outbound liquidity on the channel that hasn't received sats yet?
