THE ACCUSED: The integrated system of financial gatekeeping, judicial punishment, and therapeutic abandonment.

· The Crime: Systematically withholding housing, transportation, and capital from those branded "unworthy." It creates a permanent underclass in survival mode, ensuring they cannot build the stability required for sovereignty.
· The Goal: Dependency. A person fighting for daily rent cannot challenge the power structures.
COUNT 2: THE JUDICIAL SNARE (Creating & Cashing In On Crime)
· The Tool: The "Justice" System. It criminalizes poverty, addiction, and trauma responses—conditions it helped create.
· The Crime: Entrapment. First, you design a society that breeds desperation. Then, you arrest the desperate. Then, you profit from their incarceration. This is not justice. It is a predatory business model.
· The Goal: Inventory Management. To tag, track, and profit from a human inventory deemed surplus.
COUNT 3: THERAPEUTIC ABANDONMENT (The Final Betrayal)
· The Tool: False Help. Counseling for compliance. Programs that manage symptoms to keep you functional for the system, not free from it.
· The Crime: After actively creating and profiting from trauma, the system withholds the genuine tools for healing. It offers a placebo while hiding the cure. This is spiritual malpractice.
· The Goal: Pacification. To ensure the wound never fully heals, so you remain a permanent client of the state, the medical complex, or the church.
⚖️ THE SPIRITUAL VERDICT: "CAUSING TO STUMBLE"
This is not mere policy failure. It is the active laying of stumbling blocks, a crime the Bible condemns in the strongest possible terms:
"But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin [Gk: skandalizō - to set a trap, to entrap], it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea." (Matthew 18:6)
THE SYSTEM IS GUILTY. It lays the financial trap, the judicial trap, and the emotional trap. It manufactures the fall and then profits from the fallen.
This is the ultimate reversal of divine command. Instead of the strong protecting the weak, the strong are engineering the weakness of the vulnerable.

- HEALING AUDIT: Reject therapy for compliance. Demand trauma-informed decoding that leads to sovereignty, not system dependency.
They want us to fight in separate silos—the debtors, the formerly incarcerated, the therapy patients.
We are not separate. We are all casualties of the same integrated war on human sovereignty.
