Afaict this just fiat ramps and KYC services effectively making it easier to build products that are exchange-like. I suspect they'll follow up with making it easier to accept "crypto" payments too. That's likely a much larger undertaking though.

January 2023 now, ... and it is Stripe's "fiat to crypto on ramp" is all about "web3" and "NTFs".
Stripe has apparently gone with whitelabel exchange, Zero Hash., and branded this "Link".
