Horrifying, but what it's really a reminder of is that there's simply no amount of opsec that can go back in time, or work for anyone other than yourself. Once your information is in someone's hands -- and if you're an adult over 30, that's a ship that's almost certainly already sailed -- you no longer have any way to control access to that information.

And, of course, you don't even know what information about you someone might have placed in danger.
