Minter was the hot name this year. Teams are hyped about getting defensive minded coaches again with the success MacDonald has had in Seattle. I am not sure it is easy to replicate what he has done or Seattle's success in the draft but teams will try.
Seems like a pretty large downgrade to harbaugh
