This has been a hot topic all over the EU these last few days. The arguments are pretty much the same everywhere too. Would be really great if journos would actually find out who was behind this suddenly being a topic everywhere. It's easy to deduct that this happened at Davos.

Open question: Whom did the idea originate from and how much kompromat does Moscow or London have on that individual?
