Maybe there is a correlation between the steak which he saw and his screaming? He probably don't know how to cook and has no wife. Invite him to a BBQ. lol

my neighbor is being a sad sack again and banging around earlier, and screaming at who knows whom , saying "i really hate you, i really fcking hate you"  and then it goes quiet.   he does this every few weeks.

otherwise, it's quite windy here, and i'm defrosting a steak.
