Interesting hire. Obviously the Rams offense was amazing but how much does he call plays and how much does McVay call plays. It's kind of the same situation with Klay Kubiak in SF. He calls some plays but I am sure if Shanahan doesn't like them he overrules him.
Even if it’s not play calling just the concepts and teaching guys to hit peak potential will be worth it. Puka went from being like a 6th round pick to a top 3 WR
