Pretty decent replacement
Yeah. I like it better than going with Gus Bradley. Nothing against Gus. He would have been fine but prefer someone younger who is more in tune with modern defense and running multiple different fronts and coverages.
Gus is better for turning around a complete trainwreck of a defense because his system is so simple. He's a medium-floor, low-ceiling guy.
