With 924 billionaires, the United States remains the clear global leader. Combined billionaire wealth in the U.S. totals roughly $6.9 trillion, far exceeding any other country.

There probably aren’t many, do you think it’s more like tens or hundreds?

Maybe hundreds. I am sure there are some Bitcoin billionaires we don't know about. Also in the middle east you could have billionaires with oil money we don't know about and in Europe I am sure there are families with old money that aren't in the public eye.
