i agree since i am also putting myself through cleansing protocols to rid my meat-vehicle of these organisms. Intermitting fasting has also helped a lot with an increase of energy levels, for example it is easier for me to get up early (to catch the first sun rays) and not be in an automatic bad mood because of it; i am now preparing for longer fasting periods. Being aware of this information has helped me improve my mood a lot specially during full moons. i now prep for them by being more intentional with my grounding and praying and by eating high frequency foods or just avoiding super low frequency foods.
