I can see that you can actually upload and post some pictures, does this happen reliably only on that specific image? There should be an error popping up before re-enabling the submit button.

Yes it is weird it just allowed me to post it showed and I refreshed believing if I posted it would post the image and it didnt yes it's very weird.
Once an image is successfully uploaded, it switches to the link to the file on SN.

I am trying now took a screenshot of the meme and trying to do it that way and it's asking for 500 SATs instead of 50 and it's 2.9 mb and 1.6 mp

If you've uploaded a lot of images in the last 24 hours that may lead to it asking you to pay to upload.
Also if you have posted in the last 10 minutes, posting fee is 10x. It will go back down after it's been 10 minutes since you posted.
