From the bill of Rights:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

One of many strengths about our Constitution is that although it’s an absolute binding legal document, it can be read and understood by ordinary people.

So if you’re ICE and you believe you have absolute immunity but you feel some slight need to pretend to follow the Constitution, what do you do? Change the meaning of people to be white citizens. And since the fourth amendment is really clear about needing a warrant, just change the meaning of warrant to be “administrative warrant” and then you can bust into houses, grab people out of cars, and arrest people.

A government that must redefine constitutional words in order to operate is not operating within the Constitution at all.

If you think you know something the 10,000+ lawyers in DC don't, start filing.

Otherwise this is virtue signaling larp.

Government agents are involved in shootings across the country pretty often. What is rare is when it is publicized like these events have been. ICE has been deporting people across administrations without much pushback. It's pretty freaking obvious this is a show at this point.

It is funny when people bring up the Constitution and legality selectively. Which is what is happening a lot now. Most of the people I hear complaining the loudest wanted to put people like me in prison for not getting jabbed. They don't want me to be able to defend myself. They don't want my rights protected. They want what their overlords tell them to want.

The folks on SN that think they are for liberty seem to forget that liberty also means you are responsible for the consequences of your actions. Whether you like it or not there's a difference between interference and free speech. But with both a liberty minded person must be prepared to deal with the consequences not matter the legality.

That's what I see missing with this show. I know zero gun owners that would expect to be able to walk away from an interaction with law enforcement if they were resistant and did not surrender their weapon. That's not a moral or legal argument. Just a grown up one. That's the world we live in.

If people beleive in democracy as these people do then what they see is what they get. Wanna end ICE and have open borders. Your gutless Polticians need to do it. They won't though. They could have resolved these issues decades ago. The blood is on their hands. These cops are the foot soldiers. So are the dead. They are pawns. Fools. Not heros.

a show

You know me... always long popcorn.

people bring up the Constitution and legality selectively

Psyop-induced virtue signals.

Patriots in control, we got communists defending the 2nd ammendment and the constitution more broadly now LOL

that think they are for liberty seem to forget that liberty also means you are responsible for the consequences of your actions

The problem with liberty-minded people is more that they think they aren't responsible for their INACTION

Wanna end ICE and have open borders

The first thing open borders people do is build borders

Bordertarians larp about citadels

Communists do this:

Really can't be long popcorn enough.

They are law enforcement agents and illegal aliens are law breakers and criminals and it's legal and moral to detain and deport them

Personally I would detain and castrate them

Immigration laws are enforced by the executive branch

Illegal immigrants are not protected by the 4th amendment especially if there is a court order to detain and deport them

Enough with the legalistic and nauseating pearl clutching
