"NewsGuard argues in the lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, that FTC Commissioner Andrew Ferguson has used a meritless antitrust investigation to demand wide swaths of documents and place the organization on an “unprecedented speech blacklist.”"

This could be an interesting case. A news eview site bashes a conservative news site, and gets hit back by the FTC for being unfair due to the conservative venue's right to fair access. The case could clarify what is free speech versus what is damaging to someone else's business thereby making one liable for consequences. It could also have consequences beyond the news about what one can say about someone else's business project.
