I'm surprised that judges had to get involved? I suppose civil disputes over contracts still need judges to resolve. But to me, this feels like, "you guys freaking figure it out."
The NCAA has said that they need Congress to act (I believe them actually) and in the mean time it’s just gunna be duked out in court with these NCAAB guys that went pro failed and now wanna make NIL money
