Not asking you to show your wallet address or how much you have. You should always keep most of your Bitcoin in a secure wallet on L1...preferably a cold storage wallet if it is a significant amount. But you can also use BTC for making and receiving sats denominated payments on the L2 Lightning Network (LN).
You must already have a LN wallet to have attached your receiving wallet so I assume you have some understanding of the difference between L1 and L2.
Attaching a LN sending wallet is very similar to attaching a receiving wallet as you already have done except it enables you to send sats rather than receive them. I would suggest using a LN wallet that is free of KYC, such as coinos.io and only keeping a small sum of money on it.
You are right to prioritise converting from LTC to BTC. You asked for suggestions and most respondents have warned as I did, to go cautiously with small amounts, and Do Your Own Research.
If you are not serious about SNs and more broadly participating in the wider dialogue on here then no need to attach any wallet...but if you are serious about Bitcoin beyond purely its SoV potential and are interested in its capacity for censorship resistant P2P payments and dialogue then SNs is probably a good place to learn and participate.
SNs is a V4V sats based social media designed to show how Bitcoin can build a censorship resistant social platform with low spam and high quality content.
Attaching a spending wallet is a PoW verification you are here to contribute with reciprocity and not only extract monetary value.
