Here an update on the previous release #1234115
Big drop this week — the new release packs multi-Mostro node support, cleaner order creation, and a bunch of chat reliability fixes.
Kind 0 metadata, fallback logic, and smarter validation — this one’s for power users who like things just working.
The headliner is multi-node support. You can now connect to multiple Mostro instances, manage trusted and custom nodes, and even see their Nostr metadata (names, avatars, descriptions) instead of raw pubkeys. If a node goes down, the app gracefully falls back to your last working one — no manual switching needed. It’s battle-tested up to 50 custom nodes, which is wild.
Order creation also got a glow-up: editable premiums and discounts, smarter validation that stops invalid order combos, and cleaner payment options (including new CRC methods). The custom payment input is always visible now — no more toggling checkboxes for “other.” Smooth.
Chat reliability was tightened up too. Restores now behave properly, timeouts are extended for slower relays, and keyboard scrolling actually works. Add in better error handling and reusable screens, and the chat system finally feels… trustworthy.
Under the hood, metadata persistence and lowercase pubkey normalization clean up edge cases that used to bite. The update’s tight, fast, and ready for production use.
