Without notice I accidently ended up with cart full of things I didn't wanted.

Maybe the add-to-cart animation could be made a little more obvious. Personally I find it annoying when a website interrupts the browsing flow upon every addition, but maybe the way it's done now is too subtle.

Clicking to description of an item does nothing.

The standard from what I've seen is to click the product title or picture to see more details.

Clicking on back in browser goes out of the site.

It's designed as a single-page app/PWA optimized for mobile so there should never be a need to "go back" in a traditional sense.
