I'm rather sure that LN Symmetry/eltoo needs either APO from BIP-118 for the backups to become simpler, or as said in the update on delving, some combination of CSFS with a covenant opcode, like CTV. I think that everything else for eltoo is in, except any of the needed supported protocol extensions? (Don't take my word on this, I may have missed something.)
Maybe it's time to point those datacenters full of miners you bought at the LNHANCE activation client 😘🤓

“The newsletter recap also covers an update to Greg Sanders' work on LN Symmetry, which was initially reported over 100 newsletters ago. The work has been rebased, and a new client implementation for Cygnet is available. Anchor bumping is improved, and transactions can be expedited using PayToAnchor. LN Symmetry would allow multiple participants in a Lightning channel, which would improve cost efficiency and liquidity.
One potential benefit of LN Symmetry is the reduction in required storage for LN nodes. With LN Symmetry, backups become much simpler because you only need to keep the latest state.”Exciting!!! Waiting for LN symmetry to be released!
