ядерная энергетика... при слиянии двух частиц они сильно соприкасаются что вызывает выброс энергии, но перед этим они обмениваются информацией . Можно ли утверждать что обмен происходит на квантовом уровне? как известно частицы не могут проходить друг сквозь друга, но при сталкивании они находятся именно в таком положении. А на каком расстоянии происходит (Кивергентность) этот процесс обменом информации для того что б произошёл выброс энергии?

Is it possible to state that the exchange takes place at the quantum level? as we know the particles cannot pass through each other, but when they collide they are in this position. And at what distance (Quivergence) does this process of information exchange occur for the energy release to occur?
