That needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Only nerd goals and true home runs should count.

I am sure in the future we will be able to bet on who will actually win and who analytics says should have won.

I do think there is value in expected goals. It is informative if you are playing a whole season. If it was a 7 game series Canada probably would have won it but one game anything can happen.
