Your brother in Bitcoin and Freedom, I'm once again asking for assistance. Please help.

We are preparing to establish the first fully equipped Open Study Hub — the Genesis Hub aka the Machankura Hub

I want to explain everything clearly.

This is not just a classroom.
This is a decentralized Bitcoin learning space in rural Malawi, where:

• Electricity is unreliable
• Internet is limited
• Financial exclusion is normal
• But curiosity and resilience are abundant

The goal is simple: build sovereignty through Bitcoin education.

The Cost to Launch

To properly equip the Genesis Hub, we need approximately 4 million sats.

Here is what that includes:

📚 Core Library

Bitcoin books in physical form so learners can study offline.

🪑 Furniture & Teaching Equipment

Whiteboard, 25 chairs, tables, lockable bookshelf, markers, stationery.

☀️ Solar Power System

Panels, battery, inverter, controller, wiring — because learning cannot depend on unstable grid power.

💻 Digital Equipment

Laptop, projector, speaker, external drive — to teach, present, and document proof-of-work.

🧾 Practical Materials

Seed phrase cards, printed guides in both English and Chichewa, posters.

🔐 Security & Infrastructure

Basic locks and reinforcement for long-term durability.

Where We Stand

This is a fully grassroots effort.

I am contributing time, labor, coordination, translation, and on-the-ground work myself.

But tools cost sats.

The recommended full starter model requires ~4M sats.

Every sat contributed reduces delay, reduces dependency, and accelerates sovereignty.

Why This Matters

This is not about speculation.

This is about:

• Teaching Bitcoin without shitcoinery
• Enabling USSD Bitcoin through Machankura
• Training facilitators, not influencers
• Creating village-level circular economies
• Making Bitcoin usable in the local language
• Building independence instead of dependence

From one hub, we train facilitators.
From facilitators, we launch more hubs.
Growth happens horizontally — not top-down.

This is Phase 1 of something designed to outlive us.

How I Plan to Cover Gaps

If necessary, I will:

• Personally pre-fund smaller items
• Borrow locally for urgent infrastructure like solar
• Repay through work and Bitcoin services
• Continue teaching even before the hub is fully equipped

But the stronger the launch, the stronger the foundation.

This Is the Shift

This is the jump from informal Bitcoin meetups
to a permanent, community-run Bitcoin education center.

I've been trying to get this working since 2022, and I always remember Consistency it is a great key.”

Every sat is a brick in a foundation of sovereignty.

This is how rural communities plug into the Bitcoin network — not as spectators, but as participants.

This isn’t just teaching Bitcoin, it’s creating self-reliant communities. Count me in for supporting however I can.
