Back in 2024, every night at 10:05 PM my alarm would go off.
It was labeled “See the Dream.”
I don’t set it every single night anymore.
Now it’s part of who I am.
But that’s how I build habits.
I set an alarm.
Every day.
Until the action stops feeling forced and starts feeling automatic.
At 10:05, I would zoom out to 50,000 feet.
Where am I?
Where do I want to go?
Who do I need to become?
Then I would zoom in.
What needs to happen tomorrow?
This week?
What actions move me closer?
I grew up in a broken home.
Abuse.
Neglect.
Instability.
Nothing about my starting point guaranteed a strong future.
So I built structure.
I studied hard.
Pursued leadership roles.
Got into pharmacy school.
Put myself in better rooms.
Created a life I’m proud of.
And now I’m living the dream I used to visualize back then.
Which means it’s time to dream even bigger.
Because once you realize you can design your future, you stop playing small.
Vision first.
Then execution.
Zoom out.
Zoom in.
Repeat until it becomes identity.
You don’t drift into a better life.
You design it.
Then you build it.
