this chunky Gekko device is super loud on the older model; troubleshooting thru copy-pasting code is not fun; a few bitaxes with 1 chip each amount to about the same total price, lower hashrate yet easier maintenance and if one chip burns out, the other chips-in-machines keep chugging along; becoming proficient in bitaxe seems to me like a more sustainable and educational activity; bitaxes are also much prettier works of art, whereas this dumb loud box is not much of a conversation starter;
