No but the stink could come back anytime like maybe if Kenneth Walker leaves in FA or a couple guys get hurt on the OLine.
True. I can't believe they let K9 become an unrestricted FA
They have a lot of cap space but they also have a bunch of FAs and need to extend JSN and Witherspoon which will be huge contracts. Also, I am guessing if Darnold has another good year next year he will be looking for an extension closer to 50M/yr.
It is surprising though. Especially considering Charbonnet is likely to miss a good chunk of the early season next year. I am guessing he won't be back until week 6 or later.
