The Wall Street Journal reports that tens of thousands of Epstein-related files were removed from the DOJ website during a review.

“47,635 files were offline for further review and should be ready for re-production by the end of the week.”
The withheld files included FBI documents detailing a woman’s unverified allegations of sexual misconduct against President Trump and Jeffrey Epstein when she was a minor in the 1980s.
The Epstein Files Transparency Act prohibits the government from withholding or redacting documents because they could be embarrassing to public figures.
The Justice Department said some documents contain false or sensationalist claims submitted to the FBI by the public.
