LOLLLLL Delta making moves cause they are sick of Member's BS, and I am entirely here for it. The effect that this has on Members is actually wild and will have a huge impact on Member travel. Members benefit from this desk to move around their flights, and now that is off the table!
Hopefully, more airlines follow suit and really cut out these benefits that Members love to milk.
It's somewhat sad that (temporarily) treating members of congress the same as all the other people is considered a radical move.
