It had occurred for me from mobile data (U.S. major carrier) and at about the same time also from a from a business internet / fiber connection -- two different ISPs, each from a different device.

Appears others had the issue as well:

That kind of destroys the dns theory save for a BGP attack but we'd probably have known about that - I haven't heard a thing.

Thanks for that info. Makes this a lot more interesting. Imma go bug some people that track this kind of stuff.
