They are. Apparently some are more friendly than others (like humans). She seems to want to interact more lately. My daughter spends the most time with her. Leopard geckos and bearded dragons are supposedly very friendly.
All it ever wanted to do was pursue its lifelong dream of selling car insurance and for 2.5 years you took that from her. Haha
She could have been earning her keep.
