Yet for some reason they like us better. We don't force them into anything. They know life would be worse under the PRC. They would rather risk getting attacked than peacefully submit to communism. I don't get how you call that "subservient." That's self-respect.

If Taiwan held a referendum and voted 51% to join the PRC, the US would let them. It's completely their choice to not be communist. If anything we're giving them tribute.

You are reshoring chip production as swiftly as you can.

See this is how I know you'll lose. You can't come up with a serious moral case for Taiwan to be coerced into communism aside from "America bad."

Misrepresenting what I say does not refute what I have said.
It just shows you cannot engage in honest reasoned dialogue.

What say you then? Why is the PRC aiming missles at Taiwan?

reply

Not here to explain things you can figure out for yourself.

reply

You don't get it. I genuinely can't understand the reason without you to explain it, so I'll just assume the PRC is in the wrong and intervene accordingly.

Cuba.

Oh I see. You're playing a board game. You're just completely ignoring the underlying morality of different systems of government. Blue piece bad, red piece good. Must flip blue piece into red. Got it.

I guess that's less retarded than actually believing that there's a moral case to be made for communism.
