I came across this app when I was watching a youtube video about get into running, and it's called runna

basically, this apps helps you to train properly for running, it creates a personalized training according to your goal (running 5k, 10k, a marathon or recover from an injury) So far it's seemed quite functional; I managed to create my personalized plan and I'll start testing it tomorrow

also, you can link your strava account, and this is useful to track your run according to your training

I'll be sharing more about my experience with this app as I put my training into practice, but for now I recommend you check it out and see if it works for you.
