The glue used to bind it can release formaldahyde and other toxic chemicals.
If the interior of ther blocks is polystyrene I would also be very wary for similar reasons including fire risk.
Natural materials are usually best even if the skill to use them takes some time to acquire.
Build something to last, with natural materials that will not be a toxic waste dump emitting toxic fumes all the while you live in it.
