Also included in the statement was a historical chart of Sexual Misconduct Matters that the Committee has investigated. This goes all the way back to 1976 to the present day. This is a very, very rare statement issued by the Ethics Committee, as they tend to just operate in the background and then issue their reports/findings. For them to issue a statement shows the heat the Committee is facing, and the heat Congress in general is facing.
