I would add one thing that might be skewing your observation slightly:
The high-friction process of buying sats with fiat:
  • Avoiding KYC Exchanges
  • Banks limiting Fiat Transfers to Exchanges.
Could cause people to value sats higher because they are more of pain to obtain and replace (then they should be).

yes. NOSTR will provide a platform for non kyc accumulation of satoshis and in many countries not easy to buy bitcoin for fiat.
