I don't think Lopp expects it to be implemented. Seems like more of a conversation starter. But it's surprising that it got a BIP number, as I kind of understood the BIP process to be for ideas that are more thoroughly fleshed out.

Since BIP-177 got one I think anything can too.
I don't understand BIP process so well, for me anything can receive a number and draw the `dev's attention if it is well written and has the minimum technical text for this analysis and debate by core team.

It's interesting they creating BIP like this to bring a discussion about a huge "IF", more I can learn about the deep abyss of knoledge that bitcoin is.
I don't believe this will be implemented anytime.
