Fountain has been pretty decent. Sats for listening to podcasts is neat. No withdrawal limits as far as I can tell, too.

If you still have funds and refresh the game do you lose the funds on the table? I could not figure out how to leave the game so I just refreshed the page.

There's a button to stand from the table otherwise you'll stay in the hand/table even if you refresh or go back to the lobby screen.
