I've slowly managed to find time to cook again.

This evening I went Cajun, Cajun slaw, Cajun shrimp and Cajun chicken all mixed up and served over chips.

To pair that, as part of Pubs Household "around the world" (where we try to cook and eat cuisines from different cultures), we pair it with music from that area!

So here's

Fun times. How is the little one doing?

Colic, reflux, general digestive discomfort. Possibly a cows milk protein allergy/intolerance.

If he's conscious, he's probably crying and uncomfortable, if he's quiet it's cos he's being fed...or he's exhausted himself from crying and screaming.

Not going to lie, it's been exceptionally stressful... Had a bunch more hospital trips... We've spent almost 50% of his life as hospital guests.

But otherwise, there are moments where it's really nice, evening walk with the dog and him in a carrier. Couple times a day when he's not uncomfortable and he's just happy wiggling around and smiling is nice. But it's been a real uphill battle.
