Useful reminder for Lightning builders too: an output is only real if the user can economically spend it later. Tiny withdrawals, anchor/reserve choices, and dust policy all become UX issues when fees move. I like designing around fewer, cleaner UTXOs by default and treating tiny test payments as education/onboarding, not something users should accumulate forever.
